Install & Activate
Search for "Cordlo Connect" in Plugins → Add New, or upload the cordlo-connect folder directly. Then activate it from Plugins → Installed Plugins.
Connect Your Workspace
Go to Cordlo Connect → Settings and enter your API Key, Workspace Code, and Business Code from your Cordlo account. Hit Test Connection to verify.
Sync Starts Automatically
New orders and bookings sync to Cordlo in real time. Run a Bulk Sync once to import your existing order history.

Where do I find my API Key and Business Code?
Log in to your Cordlo workspace and navigate to Settings → API Keys. Your Workspace Code and Business Code are available in the same section.
Does this work without WooCommerce?
Yes. If WooCommerce is not active, the WooCommerce integration is skipped automatically. The plugin loads normally and other integrations continue to work.
Does this work without LatePoint?
Yes. The LatePoint integration only loads when LatePoint is installed and active. You can use Cordlo Connect with WooCommerce alone.
What happens if a sync fails?
Failed sync attempts are logged in the Activity Log. Failed records are automatically retried on the next relevant update event, so nothing gets permanently lost.
Will the Bulk Sync create duplicate invoices?
No. Previously synced records are detected automatically using external IDs, which prevents duplicate invoice creation when re-running the bulk sync.
What does the Product Sync do?
Sync Products pushes your published WooCommerce products to Cordlo. Once synced, every invoice line item is linked to the matching Cordlo product, enabling product-level reporting. You can re-run at any time to pick up new or updated products.
Is my customer data secure?
All data is transmitted over HTTPS to the Cordlo API. Your API credentials are stored securely within WordPress and are only used to communicate with your Cordlo workspace.
